Where a booking begins.
Ring (888) 686-4821 and the dispatcher asks four plain questions: the street, the sign you noticed, when it started and whether pets or children share the space. Those answers shape who goes out and what they bring.
The line rings through nights, weekends and holidays. If no technician can reach you the same day, you hear that during the call, along with a realistic window.
The outline of a visit.
- Walk the roofline, attic, garage, crawl space and yard for fresh evidence.
- Place traps or stations on whatever routes the evidence marks.
- Cover openings with sheet metal, steel mesh and hard sealant.
- Come back to count catches, test the repairs and plan any cleanup.
The sequence protects the work. Closing holes too early can entomb an animal in a wall, and scrubbing an attic while the doorways are open means scrubbing it again.
What this site leaves out.
No page here shows a founding year, a license number, a crew photo, a trophy or a customer quote. None reached us in a form we could verify, and an invented detail does more harm than a blank. When a technician arrives at your door, you are welcome to ask for credentials.
Nor can we promise that rodents will stay away for good. Palms, fences, drainage edges and the neighboring lot all keep animals nearby. Careful searching, durable materials and a second visit are what we can honestly offer.
Poison, and your health.
The EPA limits how rodenticides are used, and its page is linked below. We prefer trapping plus sealing. If a bait product is ever used, you are told which one and where it sits.
For waste cleanup we follow the CDC sequence of airing out, wetting, wiping and bagging. Medical questions belong with your own physician, since pest work is the only field we can speak to.
Would you sooner talk than read? Dial this number and someone answers, whatever the time.

A quote follows the walk-through, since a price named sight unseen is a gamble. Sealing, cleanup and repair each sit on their own line, so you can take or leave any of them.
Same-day arrival depends on the schedule. For Port St. Lucie and Vero Beach, the dispatcher gives an honest window, not a hopeful one.
Where the safety steps come from
Agency guidelines stand behind every safety statement here, and each comes with a line about its contents.
- CDC steps for preventing hantavirus exposure: Close the entries before dealing with old droppings and nests, and handle those with care.
- EPA rules for rodenticide products: What the EPA changed to reduce harm to children, pets and wildlife.
